Attorney Andrew Peters is a founding partner in the firm, Peters & Nolan and specializes in DUI, Criminal defense, personal injury and wrongful death cases.  Mr. Peters has handled thousands of criminal cases with experience on everything from DUI's to white collar crimes, and complex murder cases.  Mr. Peters is a former Mesa County Prosecutor, giving him a unique insight into the tendencies of certain offers, the strengths and weakness of the various prosecutors, and the type of things that the judges want to hear.  Mr. Peters has taught criminology and Criminal Justice to students at Colorado Mesa University as well as lecturing on the subject through Colorado.. Mr. Peters has worked extensively in the civil area representing individuals, families and corporations that have been injured, killed or wrongs.  Prior to founding the law firm of Peters & Nolan and working in the District Attorney's Office, he also worked as a class action plaintiff's attorney for a large cilvi firm in San Diego, California.. When Mr. Peters is not fighting for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, biking, kayaking, and skiing.
