He is a graduate of the Wayne State University Law School and received his MBA from Oakland University. He is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and is authorized to practice in the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Tax Section and the Michigan Association of CPAs Federal Tax Task Force.. In the past years, he has researched complex tax issues affecting his clients and developed tax strategies to reduce his clients' tax liabilities. He prepares personal and business tax returns and tax projections. He also performs a variety of accounting services such as financial statement preparation and financial statement reviews.
