I want to represent honest, hard-working individuals and families who have been damaged by the negligent or intentional wrongdoing of others. My experience has mainly been in personal injury and accident cases, employment law including discrimination, whistleblower and wages and overtime cases, insurance claims and cases and Kentucky workers compensation cases. Although Kentucky does not recognize any areas of legal specialty, I know these areas the best, they often overlap and interrrelate in a particular case and it is an advantage to have a lawyer who can cover all these bases.
