Jeffrey Greenwell was raised in Ogden, Utah. He graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Sales and a minor in Philosophy. He was the president of the philosophy club, a member of the national ethical debate team, and received the University’s Jock Glidden Distinguished Student Award in philosophy. After graduating, he received his Juris Doctor and Master of Studies in Environmental Law degree from Vermont Law School..
