The combination of years of hands on experience in the construction industry and my knowledge and education in business and taxation makes me an ideal attorney to represent a client who needs legal representaiton in Construction, Business, or areas of Federal, State or Local Taxation, including trusts and estates, estate planning and adminstration, and employment and benefits law. My primary focus for the first 14 years of my practice was as in-house counsle for RAM Construciton, Inc. one of the top construction companies in Jackson Hole, and owned and operated by my family. With the shuttering of the company I have lauched my own practice.
