I am blessed to be the husband of a wonderful wife and the father of great children.. I am a first generation American and I am grateful for the gifts of this great nation !  My parents were survivors of the Holocaust and both my Mother and Father were orphaned and lost many siblings and extended family as a result of the policies of tryannical, hate-based regimes.  The experience of my parents created within me a heightened sensitivity to the importance of a legal system that is founded upon fairness and respect for the rights of individuals.. As an accident-injury lawyer, I am privileged to advocate for people hurt by the negligent and wrongful conduct of others, by recovering money for harm done.  In almost all cases, the people we represent are pitted against Big Money interests, (such as huge insurance companies, etc., ) that see the injured person as a financial liability to be "adjusted," "handled" and forgotten about, rather than as a human being, deserving of treatment in a manner that recognizes their dignity and value.. When someone does a bad thing that hurts someone else, we do what we can to make sure they pay for their bad acts.
