Dale has been rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell since 1985.  This is the highest rating given to practicing lawyers by their peers.  He has tried hundreds of cases in state and federal courts in Washington state and also represented clients in California, New York, Ohio and Missouri.  Some of his cases have been national class actions and others have received significant media coverage, such as the Dino Rossi Governor's race election fraud case in 2005.  Links to some actual courtroom action, cross examination of an adverse witness, can be found on Dale's website:.
