DAVID PILLERS is a partner in the law firm of Pillers & Richmond.  He received his major in Economics and minor in Business from Valparaiso University, graduating in 1992, and received his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, graduating in 1998. Mr. Pillers maintains a full service practice but concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts), Probate Administration, Real Estate, Business Law and  Collective Bargaining. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association (Section Member: Probate and Real Property), Iowa Association of Justice (Board of Governors 2010-2013), Clinton County Bar Association (President 2004-2005), Jackson County Bar Association, and Clinton County Estate Planning Committee.
