I started my first company as an undergrad at Harvard and within three months my products were in dozens of stores across New England.  In my early 20’s I tried a number of jobs ranging from Supervisor at a trucking company to crew coach. After studying at the Anderson School of Business Management at UCLA, I had P&L responsibility for a $40 million business as a brand manager for seven years at a major consumer products company. Then, I ran my own marketing consulting company, Blue Sky Resources, for six years.. Next, looking for a new intellectual challenge, I earned my JD at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and passed the PA and NJ bar exams in 2008. For more than five years, I trained in a small boutique firm working on complex commercial litigation and significant corporate and transactional projects for the named partners who both had large firm experience and expected the best.. My extensive prior business experience combined with my high quality education and legal training allow me to understand my clients' concerns quickly, relate to their priorities, and provide them with practical actionable legal advice that balances reasonable risk with affordable expense to achieve their goals.. There is a clear need in the market for a business lawyer that is approachable, experienced at owning and running a business, and able to explain things calmly and clearly.  My first hand business experience gives me a distinct viewpoint that you won’t find with most business attorneys..
