His experience as a prosecutor gives him an edge as a defense attorney, allowing him to anticipate how the State will build a case and skillfully dismantle it in court.Following his time in public service, Mr. Sutnick worked in the financial sector at PaineWebber in Weehawken and later as counsel for Morgan Stanley in New York City. He has lectured internationally on financial crimes and money laundering.Since 2002, Mr. Sutnick has served as the managing partner of Sutnick & Sutnick, LLC. He also teaches continuing legal education courses for various county bar associations and is frequently called upon to share his expertise with fellow attorneys.Mr. Sutnick is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. He earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
