Richard Webber at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.. Since joining Onder, Shelton, O'Leary & Peterson, Mark has focused his practice on representing individuals who have been seriously injured on construction jobsites, in automobile accidents and by dangerous and defective products.
