Ralph is also the Assistant Solicitor for the town of Cumberland, Rhode Island. In that role he has prosecuted criminal cases for over twenty years. In 2012, Rhode Island Lawyers Weeklyinterviewed Ralph about a recent victory on behalf of the town of Cumberland, Rhode Island in a bias case that spanned seventeen years.. Ralph is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations, on the Board of Governors for the Rhode Island Association for Justice, a Fellow with the Rhode Island Bar Foundation, and a member of the Justinian Law Society of Rhode Island. Ralph is also an active member of the Boards of Directors for several charitable organizations
