On the estate planning side, Ms. Garrett has extensive experience in estate planning, including preparation of trusts, wills, powers of attorneys, special needs trusts and the like as well as more complex estate planning for high asset families including Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts (GRAT), Residence Trusts, Charitable Remainder UniTrusts (CRUT) and Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts (SLAT).
