About Bradley Frigon
I have spent my career earning client's trust with a deep knowledge of estates, trusts, special needs and tax matters. Many attorney's switch to elder law mid career which is understandable as it is a great specialization in law. Yet to truly understand how to draft a will or trust that will stand up takes many years of experience including handling estate litigation. After spending years arguing cases where my client's felt they were not treated fairly in a family member's last will I know exactly how to protect my clients from that type of situation. Many of our clients are in situations where a spouse, parent or family member requires long term care and they don't know how to pay for it while protecting their assets. These are complex situations but I assist families in this area frequently. A masters in Tax from DU provides me. an edge that not many elder law attorneys possess.
