Kathleen A. Maloles is a 2005 graduate of Widener University School of Law and has an Estate Planning Certification from Temple University School of Law's Graduate Tax Program. Ms. Maloles concentrates her practice on Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning and Estate Administration matters. Ms. Maloles has handled numerous simple and complex trusts and estates cases from inception to end. In addition, Ms. Maloles works closely with her firm's attorneys in handling the probate matters for Wrongful Death cases.
