She was successful in proving the immigration status of a foster child to the Court, leading to the child’s long-awaited adoption by her foster parents.. Emma completed an internship with the City of Mesa, where she worked in a wide variety of practice areas including employment, real estate, construction litigation, civil litigation, and liability defense.. Emma spent her second and third year of law school as a Law Clerk and Rule 38 Limited Practice Certified Student for Attorneys For Freedom. Emma worked diligently alongside the attorneys drafting various motions and attending court hearings. Emma graduated from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University in May 2020, receiving her Juris Doctorate.
