Tracy Perez helps her clients shed burdensome debt by navigating them through the bankruptcy process.  She is experienced in Chapter 7 liquidations, Chapter 13 reorganizations, and bankruptcy litigation.. Tracy was born in Tucson and raised in Phoenix, Arizona.  After graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, she returned to Tucson to attend law school at the University of Arizona.. Upon graduating from law school in 1991, Tracy immediately began practicing bankruptcy law.  Her early years as an attorney were spent representing primarily Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees and creditors.  In 2002, she transitioned to a consumer debtor practice and found her true passion of helping good people get a fresh start and improve their quality of life.. Tracy is the proud parent of two grown sons and enjoys coming home to a tail-wagging Labrador Retriever at the end of the work day.  When not busy serving her clients, she likes to spend time outdoors biking, hiking, and traveling to new places.
