About Kearney Hutsler
Growing up in Alabama, I saw injustices at a young age. That drove me to want to be a lawyer so I could help those folks taken advantage of. After graduating Auburn, I went to Cumberland School of Law. I was an editor for the Adelphia Law Journal. After graduating, I was a Clerk for the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. After working at a law firm for several years and learning from some of the best lawyers in the State of Alabama, I formed my own lawfirm in 1990, the Hutsler Law Firm.. I have spoken and written on various Civil Litigation and Probate topics.. I am rated "Excellent" by Martindale Hubble. I've lived in Alabama all my life and have actually handled cases in most counties in Alabama. I handle civil litigation and probate matters and have helped with everything from car wrecks and dog bite cases to class actions. My office is located in downtown Birmingham and I can handle routine Wills and Power of Attorneys or more complex trusts and some estate planning.. My past-times reflect my desire to help others. I am an active member of Civitans and have built wheel chair ramps, cleaned the Cahaba River, and cooked dinner for cancer patients. I also like vintage cars and an occasional college football game!
