Clemon and United States District Judge Abdul K. Kallon where she prepared opinions on countless legal topics and participated in numerous mediations through the court.   Sharon returned to the private sector in 2015 founding Hamilton Broach quickly establishing her reputation as a skilled communicator and expert mediator for individuals and businesses. She brings to mediation the same thorough legal analysis and preparation that she used to draft opinions for federal judges for eleven years..
