My practice encompasses intellectual property, data privacy, employment, e-commerce/internet law, First Amendment/defamation, and business divorces. Through my vast experience across a wide range of practice areas I am able to foster the needs of savvy business owners (and not-so-savvy ones as well).. Your goals drive our relationship.. The most meaningful part of my client relationships aren’t always those considered “mission critical”, like litigation. While being a trial attorney is a large piece of my puzzle, I foster and empower entrepreneurs by understanding both how their business operates and how they want their business to succeed.
