He has argued before the Hawaii Supreme Court and served as an arbitrator in the State of Hawaii Court Annexed Arbitration Program.. Following law school, Mr. Tani clerked for the Honorable Robert G. Klein, formerly Associate Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court. He also served as a Deputy Public Defender for the State of Hawaii for four years. After working as an Associate Attorney at Reinwald O’Connor & Playdon for five years, he joined Rush Moore LLP in 1999 and became a partner in 2002.
