I have been practicing Immigration Law for over 31 years. During that time I have successfully represented thousands of clients before US Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly INS), Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Federal District and Appellate Courts. My case, Barton v. Barr, 18-725, No. was argued in the U.S. Supreme Court, Novermber 4, 2019. I have won 6 published precedential immigration cases in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and numerous other unpublished cases, which is more than any other lawyer or firm to date. I have built a full service Immigration Law Firm, The Fogle Law Firm, LLC, on the reputation of great service and proven results.
