In 2003, when I founded Brian M. Douglas & Associates, LLC, my vision was to create an entire culture that embraced this same powerful concept.. And we have.. I received his Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where I studied Mechanical Engineering while working full time as a manufacturing supervisor for Fortune 100 Corporation. Upon graduation, I moved to Atlanta to attend John Marshall Law School, where I graduated cum laude and was class valedictorian.   I was initially drawn from engineering to law because of his gifts for reasoning and logic—two qualities that are essential for a successful attorney. And I have not looked back since.. Through my firm, I have had the opportunity to take on very diverse cases, working with bankruptcy, real estate law, civil/business litigation, foreclosure, criminal law, and what we are highly acclaimed for—estate planning and asset protection. Establishing my own practice has allowed me the freedom to cover many areas of law. This fits my diverse range of interests and benefits the clients we serve.. A unique approach to business is a driving force behind our success. We value the relationship with our clients more than anything and strive to become a client's trusted advisor for life’s most important decisions.  We stand out through offering concierge style services for our clients and having a no voicemail policy at the firm. When someone calls, they get a live person answering the phone and from that moment on the relationship has begun.. I have been a contributor on Fox, ABC, CBS, and NBC, as well as contributor for Star Tribune, Small Business Trendsetters, Worth, and The Miami Herald. I appeared on the television show, Time Square Today as well as Moving America Forward with William Shatner. I am also a co-author of book called "Beat The Curve" with best-selling author Brian Tracy.  This has enabled me to reach out to more people about life’s most important legal topics.
