Amy joined Ellis Funk, as a shareholder in 2005 when her former firm, Leitz, Fink & Kaye, LLC, combined with Ellis, Funk, Goldberg, Labovitz & Dokson, P.C. Amy has practiced law since 1987. She began her law career in the area of Business and Corporate law, and has focused exclusively on Family Law matters since 1994. Amy handles Family Law cases throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area.Amy’s practice covers all areas of Family Law including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, spousal support, equitable division of assets and liabilities, modification, marital agreements including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity actions, separation agreements, mediation and arbitration.
