I have over 35 years of extensive experience in all areas of family law. I specialize in high asset divorce and custody itigation. My practice includes cases involving custody, parental alientation, alimony, legitimation, paternity, child support, contempt, enforcement and prenuptial and post nuptial agreement issues. I have received numerous awards such as a Best Lawyer in America, a top 100 Georgia and Florida Family Law Attorney, Martindale Hubbel AV rated preeminent lawyer, by Legal Elite, and by Super Lawyers. I am Board Certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in Marital and Family Law. I also have been a leader both in the legal profession and in the community. I have served as a director and chairman on multiple boards. While practicing in Florida, I has served on the Executive Council of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. While serving as co-chairman of the Florida Family Law Equitable Distribution Committee, I co-drafted the current Florida Equitable Distribtion. I have lectured frequently to attorneys and law students on various marital and family law topics. In addition to this involvement, I am admitted to the bars of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. My wife and I relocated to Atlanta four years ago to join our three children and their families. I have three adult children who all reside in Atlanta and two incredibly precious granddaughters and one on the way. My hobbies include spending quality time with my family. I am a passionate University of Georgia football fan.

Great, competent customer service and friendly atmosphere, which is become more rare these days with so high turnaround at most other banks. This branch does a good job at retaining key employees and moving them up within the company, which maintains continuity among the customer base long-term.

One of the worst banks I've ever dealt with. They advertise "free" checking accounts and then find ways to tack on fees most other banks don't charge for. Ex: they charge for simple slow ACH transfers out of your account. Out of 10 banks I've worked with they are the only ones to do this.
