Former insurance defense attorney (13 years of experience in that area) now exclusively representing victims against the insurance companies and their insureds.  My areas of practice include all major fields of personal injury litigation, including tractor-trailer collisions, commercial vehicle collisions, automobile collisions, collisions involving drunk/drugged driving, premises liability and wrongful death. I am admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Georgia, and I was elected as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers in 2012 and 2013. No more than 2.5% of lawyers 40 and under are included on this list. I was named a Super Lawyer in 2015, and was selected as a Top 100 Super Lawyer in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
