For over 40 years, Clark McGehee has been a civil litigation attorney at Johnson & Ward, an AV rated firm, representing clients in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Our goal for our clients is simple-we seek to provide personal service, maximize your recovery and make you a client for life. Mr. McGehee and his law firm have recovered millions of dollars for their clients and most of his firm's clients are referred by other lawyers or former clients. Johnson & Ward has been representing clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases for over 60 years, and the firm has included members who have become state and federal judges, a former president of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, a former president of the State Bar of Georgia, and a former president of the Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. McGehee has been selected as a Georgia Super Lawyer in plaintiff's personal injury litigation since 2004, and is a member of the Atlanta and American Bar Associations, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice and State Bar of Georgia. He is a trial attorney specializing in personal injury and wrongful death who has practiced since 1977 after graduating from Emory Law School in Atlanta, Georgia. He is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Ct; the U.S. Ct of Appeals, 5th & 11th Circuits; and the U.S. District Cts, Northern & Middle Districts of Georgia. He has a degree from Auburn University and a J.D. Degree from Emory Law School, and was appointed as one of only fifteen attorneys nationwide to provide free legal representation to catastrophically injured burn victims of the September 11th tragedy. Mr. McGehee has written and lectured extensively and has published articles and made numerous presentations. He is an advocate for clients through membership in Atlanta and American Bar Association.; the State Bar of GA.; the GA. Trial Lawyers Association; and the American Association for Justice.
