He is a trial attorney specializing in personal injury and wrongful death who has practiced since 1977 after graduating from Emory Law School in Atlanta, Georgia. He is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Ct; the U.S. Ct of Appeals, 5th & 11th Circuits; and the U.S. District Cts, Northern & Middle Districts of Georgia. He has a degree from Auburn University and a J.D. Degree from Emory Law School, and was appointed as one of only fifteen attorneys nationwide to provide free legal representation to catastrophically injured burn victims of the September 11th tragedy. Mr. McGehee has written and lectured extensively and has published articles and made numerous presentations. He is an advocate for clients through membership in Atlanta and  American Bar Association.; the State Bar of GA.; the GA. Trial Lawyers Association; and the American Association for Justice.
