A former prosecutor, public defender, Legal Services staff attorney, and guardian ad litem, Christopher has spent countless hours in the courtroom. He has experienced litigation from all angles and understands how to advocate accordingly.. Christopher has conducted research on matters including Federal Consent Decree Applicability; Creditors Rights and Responsibilities within the FDCPA, FCRA and landlord/tenant law; Garrity Use and Derivative Use Immunity within public sector employment; Nexus concerns involving 18 USC 924(g) Enhancements, and Involuntary Administration of Medications Purposed for Execution Competency.. While in school, and working, Christopher also served internships and externships for the United States Attorney’s Office, two Federal Public Defender Offices, and the former Chief Magistrate Judge for the US District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. And prior to law school, Christopher served as a sworn law enforcement officer and EEO Analyst for the Jefferson County Commission..
