He has written extensively on the use of domestic asset protection trusts, generation-skipping transfer tax issues, and other topics. He has also presented to professional groups throughout the United States. Steve is a fellow of the prestigious American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), serving as the state chair of Alaska and in other leadership roles within ACTEC. I have worked directly with Steve on several client matters involving Florida law. I would highly recommend Steve to any lawyer or client.”
