Henry Yampolsky is an attorney, collaborative lawyer, mediator and conflict coach who founded Yampolsky Law, P.C.after practicing law as an associate and then a partner with of one the top Philadelphia litigation boutiques.. Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Henry has handled hundreds of complex cases, arguing before juries, state and Federal judges and appellate courts. For five consecutive years he has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star.. Henry has authored articles and lectured extensively on the issues of Employment Law, Civil Rights, Products Liability Litigation, Personal Injury, Interpersonal Relations and Mindfulness in Conflict Resolution.. Henry Yampolsky holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Temple University and has a Bachelor’s of Science in International Studies from the University of Scranton.   He has received Collaborative Interdisciplinary Training at the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois and has trained with and is a Certified Mediator with the New York Peace Institute. Henry also has extensive training in divorce mediation, conflict dynamics, mindfulness and restorative justice.
