Since 1992, Attorney Linda M. Callahan has fought to safeguard the futures of those who have been accused of driving under the influence. Although she is skilled in various areas of law, Attorney Callahan focuses her practice solely on DUI defense since so many individuals suffer a lifetime of penalties, charges, and consequences after facing DUI charges.  In every case, she puts her best foot forward to obtain the best results for her clients.. Prior to founding Callahan Law, P.S., Inc., Attorney Callahan attended Hawaii Pacific University where she earned her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees. Following her years at Hawaii Pacific University, Attorney Callchan enrolled in the University of Notre Dame School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 1996, graduating cum laude. During her time in law school, she served as a Production Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethic and Public Policy. Since then, she has stood for the rights of those accused of crimes. Currently, Attorney Callahan is a member of the Washinton Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Washington Alliance of DUI Trial Lawyers, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
