In the Washington State Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals he represented injured victims in cases creating new law permitting children to recover when parents are seriously injured damaging the parent-child relationship, holding insurance companies accountable to their customers, and protecting railroad workers in employer provided housing..
