I enjoy it because I get to help people with real injuries get the medical and other benefits they are entitled to under Washington law. I handle workers' compensation claims while they are being administered by the Department of Labor and Industries (DLI) or by a self insured employer. I also routinely represent injured workers in appeals before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals (BIIA) and higher Washington courts. I have two daughters.
