I was a piano performance major when I began college and switched to a pre-law major after discovering I wanted to make a meaningful contribution to the world through working as an attorney. It was at that point, I completely stopped playing the piano.. Twenty-seven years later, I started practicing the piano again and even took up piano lessons again with the intent of competing in International Amateur Piano Competitions. I was a winner in the Seattle International Piano Competition in 2010 and had the opportunity to perform in Benaroya Hall.
