Charlotte is the Managing Attorney and Founding Member of Javelin Law. She excels at advocating for employers on workers' compensation and employment law issues. She has extensive experience with representation at the Department, Board and Superior Court levels on workers' compensation matters. For employment law matters, she has experience at the administrative level with discrimination claims, and experience drafting forms, policies, procedures and handbooks. Charlotte has more than ten years experience in workers’ compensation and employment law in Washington State and has presented on workers’ compensation and employment law issues.. Charlotte is happy to work with clients on any workers' compensation or employment law issues. If there is an issue outside of her practice areas, she will gladly connect clients with legal professionals in her network who practice in the appropriate area of law.. Charlotte graduated from Boston University’s College of Communication with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism in 2004. She graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2009. She spent her third year of law school at Seattle University School of Law as a visiting student. Charlotte loves the Pacific Northwest and has experience volunteering for the Washington State Bar Association’s Pro Bono and Public Service Committee and the King County Bar Association’s Neighborhood Legal Clinics Program.
