Mr. Fuld practices catastrophic personal injury Karr Tuttle Campbell. Before switching sides to represent plaintiffs,  Mr. Fuld represented defendants and was the youngest Shareholder at Reed McClure PLLC, a law firm with a 125 year history in Seattle. After Reed McClure, Mr. Fuld spent 6 years representing injured plaintiffs at Emery Reddy PLLC.. Priot to joining Reed McClure, Mr. Fuld spent three years as staff counsel for the Liberty Mutual Group where he tried cases to defense verdicts in King, Pierce and Kitsap counties. At Reed McClure Mr. Fuld has tried solo cases to defense verdicts in King, and Skagit Counties where exposure was well over six figures. Prior to Liberty Mutual, Mr. Fuld was an associate at Dorsey and Whitney LLP.  Mr. Fuld also spent time working for Judge Ken Kato (ret) of the Washington State Court of Appeals and externing at the King County Prosecuting Attorney's office.. Mr. Fuld is admitted to practice in Washington, Alaska, and the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington.  He is a member of the Washington State Association of Justice, King and Pierce County Bar Associations and is also a board member of Lawyers Helping Hungry Children. Mr. Fuld also assists the Brain Injury Alliance with their annual golf tournament.. *Nearly all of Mr. Fuld's current work is on a contingent fee basis with most fee arrangements set at 33% of total recovery, unless arbitration or trial is involved, then 7% is added.
