I have been a successful litigator for more than 30 years. During those years, I've handled hundreds of hearings, arbitrations, and trials. This has given me broad litigation experience covering product liability claims, toxic tort claims, serious motor vehicle accident claims, complex insurance claims, work-related injury claims, consumer class action claims, and serious premises injuries.I joined Schroeter Goldmark & Bender in 1977 because I believed it was the finest trial firm in the Northwest and one of the finest in the nation. I carry the highest rating for attorneys for both competence and ethics from the nationally respected Martindale-Hubble service (AV rating), which is accorded to only 5% of reviewed attorneys.. I prefer to limit the number of cases that I handle at any one time so that I can give personal attention to clients in what is often one of the most important events in their lives.
