Andrew Cherin Bio
I represent clients who have been injured by the negligence of someone else either in a car accident, bike accident, motorcycle accident, or by some other negligent act. You need someone who is going to stand up to the insurance companies and demand what is rightfully yours. If you do not bring a case, you are only saving the insurance company money and not saving the defendant any money, as their rates are going up no matter if you bring a personal injury claim for damages or not.. Hiring me does not necessarily mean trial, as 99% of case do not go to trial, but it does mean that you are maximizing the offer from the insurance company for your personal injury claim. I am paid out of the settlmenet a contingency fee, so that means no up front costs to you and I am paid a percentage of the settlement..
