Speaking to Mr. Mullens is challenging. He’s more impressed with hearing himself talk then conducting a reasonable conversation. Seems that his years of experience he’s quick to share entitle him to talk over people, specifically a woman. Not impressed.
Mr Mullins is extremely unprofessional and dresses slovenly.
He was paid for a service which he did NOT fulfill.
He lies and does not take law seriously. …
