Mike is the former Partner-in-Charge of Miller Nash's Seattle office and currently acts as the firm's General Counsel.  As a member of the firm’s Energy & Shipping team, Mike’s practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, including product and premises liability, class action, contract disputes, residential and commercial real estate, and eminent domain.  He also has extensive experience in insurance coverage counseling and litigation..
