Shame on y'all. Charging customers to cash checks that are FROM YOUR BANK?!?! Perfect way to show you don't care about your customers. Shame on you.
ATM is inside the branch and not accessible after 5pm. What is the point of an ATM, if you can't get access to your money after hours?!
I met with Mohammed (or Mahumed), the bank accountant, when I went to deposit money into my account. He was very professional and handled everything quickly—it only took a couple of minutes. His communication was clear, polite, and helpful. Great customer service.
