She has appeared on behalf of clients in Washington state trial and appellate court, federal court, the Board of Contract Appeals, and private arbitration. In addition, she has successfully negotiated multiple seven-figure settlements.. Prior to joining Ahlers & Cressman, Ellie spent six years litigating with a boutique Seattle trial firm and clerked for the Honorable Joel M. Penoyar at the Washington State Court of Appeals.. Ellie has been named a “Rising Star” by Washington Law and Politics, an award limited to the top 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40, in 2014 and 2015.. Ellie is a member of the William L. Dwyer Inn of Court and an active member of the community.
