Also, I assist clients with the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities, and I have prepared and reviewed agreements pertaining to the management, operation and sale of business assets and contracts for employment.  I represent health care providers, Adult Family Homes and other assisted living facilities with respect to licensing issues, governmental enforcement actions, and other disputes..
