He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Alexandria Bar Association and as the Continuing Legal Education Chair.. He received his law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law where he received the CALI “Excellence for the Future Awards” for highest grades in: Estate Planning, Corporations, and Strategic Legal Research, among others. In Law School, Mr. Bowe clerked for the Honorable John E. Jones III of the United States District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania.. In his spare time, Mr. Bowe enjoys aquascaping, golfing, rooting for (and being disappointed by) the Philadelphia Eagles, and volunteering with his wife, Katie, at the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
