Her life experience brings a unique insight to her approach to family law, including a commitment to minimize the impact on children of divorce and parental conflict through carefully considered parenting plans. Ms. Baugher represents parties to dissolutions (both amicable and high-conflict cases) as well as parenting and child support modifications, and actions for unmarried parents to establish parenting plans and/or child support.
