In addition to being licensed to practice in three states, I also have graduate degrees in management (MBA from Seattle University) and computer science (MS from the University of Arizona). I have two years of experience in private practice in Arizona, and 3 years in public defense in Washington.. Through my practice at ACA, I represent persons charged with serious felonies in the state system, In the past I have successfully handled over 200 dui defenses. I have over 25 criminal jury trials, and have argued appeals in both Arizona and Washington. I have raised unusual issues, including Ambien-induced sleepwalking and necessity defenses in DUI,
