Rick is an Idaho native who has lived most of his life in Boise, Idaho. Prior to practicing law, he worked for nearly ten years within the construction industry performing general construction and project management work for a Boise landscape construction subcontractor. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Boise State University, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah College of Law. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association Litigation Section; the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry; and the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel.
