I am attorney Luke Scardigno with Law Offices located in Queens, New York, and I offer exactly this type of Criminal Defense Representation. I will not simply represent you and send you on your way; I will guide you through the legal process, explaining what is happening at each step of the process. I will continue to assist you until your life returns as closely as possible to the way things were before your arrest. Before any court appearances, we will either meet in person or speak on the telephone, so that you can know what to expect. I will always contact you before court to advise you of the upcoming court date, as well as to discuss the status of your case. I will always return your telephone calls. I will be appearing with you in court — not some attorney, who you never met before and who does not know anything about your case.. At my firm, you receive direct, personal attention from a lawyer with over 30 years of experience in Criminal Defense. I will be as accessible as possible, so that you always know where to turn during this stressful time in your life. I understand what you are going through, and one of my goals is to address your concerns and fears in a manner that will benefit you and your case. My other goal is to ensure you walk away with a clean criminal record, if at all possible.
