I love helping clients solve their legal problems.  Clients usually come to me devastated because they've been terminated, harassed or discriminated against.  When the client leaves my office they wish this never happened to them but they are satisfied their voice was heard and they got a great result.  Clients hate to say goodbye to me when the case is over and I feel the same way.  I understand the trust clients place in me and I don't take it for granted.  Don't take my word for it listen to what my clients have had to say in testimonials.. In June 2015 I will have been a lawyer for 22 years.  During my 22 years as a lawyer my clients have received millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements.  Most of my clients are referred by fellow lawyers and a large percentage of my referrals come from my former opponents.  Why is that important?  It's important because my opponents know the kind of lawyer I am.  I don't play games and I am a straight shooter.  Most cases settle.  I believe the statistics are greater than 90%.  So most of the time you need to get along with your opponent if you are going to have success for your client.. Most people would describe me as having a great sense of humor.  I believe humor can help when dealing with devastating issue like being fired or harassed..
