He is a member of the California State Bar, has served for many years as a Temporary Judge in the Los Angeles Superior Courts (including West Los Angeles, Van Nuys and Chatsworth Superior Courts), Arbitrator Los Angeles Superior Court and also with the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and has been a member of both the Consumer Attorneys of California and Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles (formerly Los Angeles and California Trial Lawyers Associations). He also served as Chairperson of the Civil Litigation-Tort Section of the Westwood Bar Association.. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked with the United States Postal Service, State Department/Peace Corps, Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Enforcement Division..
